Not so bad...

I gained 0.2 - so that's not so bad, considering what i've stuffed down my throat in the last couple of weeks.

Tomorrow is another day and day four of being on track, and YES I am tracking.

No need to change my ticker as that is my Friday weight, my WW weight doesn't really count here! haha

I bought a new pedometer from Priceline today for $2.99 and I think it's the best one i've had yet. Thanks for the recommendation Jadey!!

Bri wear it ALL day so you get all the incidental steps to put in your walking challenge. It will even encourage you to walk more at work. That gain is nothing because it included some bad days and you won't hav eant this week. It is the Friday weight you need to work towards. With the treadmill it will all kick in eventually.

That's nothing, dude. Just a burp. Did you remember to burp before you got on the scales? He he he. You'll be right. Remember to wear that pedometer. I know I would forget, but it will help.

You sound really good Bri, those 200gms will disappear faster than a tray of carrots at a ww convention. LOL.

And I am still looking over my shoulder for that PI but they have not been able to get me for anything this week, and I think I lost them with the fast walk at lunch time today :)
