Sick and tired of being sick and tired

I'm so sick and tired of being so sick and tired. The heat doesn't help. I didn't get on the treadmill this morning, I really struggled to get out of bed. DS and I both have really bad coughs and runny noses. I hope it doesn't last too much longer. DH is nearly better but it seems like we think we're getting better and then it comes back again. I guess it doesn't help that DH and I both had a late night last week.

I took DS to daycare this morning and told the lady the he has two weeks left with her. I got all upset and cried (i'm such a wimp). He really likes it there with her and I think he'll miss it. She kept saying how much she would miss him, which only made me cry more. She is sick aswell so she wants me to pick DS up early today, it won't hurt either of us to get home early and relax a bit, maybe we can all have an early night. I have so much to do at home and I also have to think about packing soon, I think we have four weeks til we have to move and that's not long really, time just goes so fast - it will be here before we know it.

So sorry to hear that you are still feeling sick - it is a horrible cold/flu going around at the moment and does seem to linger for a while.
I definitely don't think you should be trying to do too much exercising while you are not well - it isn't good for your body to be put under more stress while it is trying to heal.
Why is DS moving in 2 weeks ?
Hope you get home early with enough time to relax and try to recuperate together.
Lotsa hugs and look after yourself !

It's lovely how daycare get so attached to the kids - mine balled her eyes out on Lukes last day - and even turned up to see him off the first day of school:)

Oh no, you still sick babe!? Maybe it's time for a doctors visit? Either way, don't even think about the treadmill and just take it easy.

Hope you're feeling better soon, and that the blah feeling passes.

DS will be fine once he is settled at the new place - just think of all the advantages of moving him and try not to worry too much :-)

Enjoy your packing.

You poor thing. You must be right at the edge with all the things you have to think about. Don't worry too much about the treadmill until you feel better, then straight back on young lady...

It is great that the kids love kindy so much, until they have to leave. Then it is heartwrenching. I even cry when other kids leave. I am a big wuss too :D

Hope tomorrow is cooler and we can all sleep better

Get well soon, and don't exercise when you are sick. Sick is time for resting.

Oh Bri, you have so much going on. Just take care of yourself and your little man and your big guy. You can only do so much. Maybe just give yourself some minimum goals, like exercise 10 minutes a day 4 days a week. Then once you have moved into the new house and the boys are settled and you are back to a regular normal day to day life, then ramp up your goals again. I mean girl - you have lost 16.6kg so far. That is HUGE! That is a great achievement. If you make some minimum goals, then you will feel good because you will meet them and you will be keeping in the action of maintaining your weight loss and current fitness level. And hey, if you want to exceed your own expectations, you can go for it when you can!
